Up on the moors there has been a fabulous show of cotton grass this year (although it has now probably been pummelled by the rain) I took these a couple of weeks ago.
It’s a very different scene than the last time I was up here
(A new bit of wire installed by BT this morning has speeded up the Internet connection, horary, it’s not broadband, but it will do!)
I am glad that you are back. The cotton grass is beautiful and I like the touch in the second photo of the bus riding along.
That is truly striking. I wonder that romantic young couples don’t have their weddings in meadows like that – though perhaps like many things the cotton grass is best admired from a distance.
