Spud on a Sunday Part LXIII

It’s a day late, I know. I’d tried posting from my phone yesterday, but failed.

Here is Spud the dog in travel mode, he is the perfect passenger.

Normally he’d not get a seat to himself but the back was too full of stuff to have squeezed in a Chihuahua let alone a Springer.

Watching the rhythm of rural life, from the top of a hill in northern England. Having spent most of my life avoiding writing, I now need to do it! I am no domestic goddess, but if I were expecting visitors to my home, I would whisk round with the duster and plump up the cushions and generally make the place look presentable. I hope that by putting my words where others may see them it will encourage me to ‘tidy up and push the Hoover around’ my writing. On the other hand I may just be adding to the compost heap. Only time will tell! Pull up a chair, sit yourself down, I’ll put the kettle on.

  1. That’s a precious face 🙂

  2. I suddenly realised around lunch-time that Spud hadn’t appeared yesterday for the third week running so it’s good to see this post! xx

  3. Love the look – as though he’s wondering why you woke him up!

  4. He certainly knows how to make a sweet face for the camera. Or is it always like this?

  5. That’s an “Are we there yet?” face if ever I saw one!

  6. I’m guessing that he is on his best behaviour with the ‘butter wouldn’t melt in my mouth look’ as he doesn’t want to be evicted from his luxury velour bucket seat back into the boot.

Come on, join in.
